How This All Started…
KALARÔ [noun] pal; playmate (origin Philippines, Tagalog)
KALARÔ is an essential gear company based in Atlanta and built to be a friend to the global creative community.
Started in 2020, Filipino-American photographer, Kat Goduco, created KALARÔ to produce helpful products for professionals and enthusiasts alike. With over a decade of professional photography experience, Kat has come across numerous people who would ask her for suggestions and advice on different gear that she uses. She discovered, that though there are other great products out there, few really fit the need or the flair that most of the folks she came across wanted (especially those just starting out).
KALARÔ’s goal is to be a fun, practical solution to the creative world we live in.

This all began with an on-going idea.
Early on, during the pandemic it forced me to think about the future and potentially pivoting. Some thoughts were about launching a new business, some about turning a hobby into something more. What I have found is that it is all of this and more. KALARÔ is a creative project that I would like to share with the world. Whatever comes of it, I hope it can, at the very least, make a positive difference.
